No Bleed required.

No bleed is needed in your design, the print area is a 120mm circular shown in grey.
Allow for a non printable 19mm centre area.

Don't worry about making a circular image or adding the centre 19mm circle or stacking ring. Just supply us with a 120mm square file and we'll lay it in our templates to make it circular and place the centre hole and stacking ring for you.

Silver Disc with no background.

If you're using the natural silver of the disc in your design and not using a
background colour. e.g: Black text direct on the natural silver disc.
Please allow for a 47mm non printable centre circle.

Fonts. (The smallest font size allowed is 6pt.)

Along with your Image files you will also need to supply every font used in your design. Simply copy them from your systems fonts folder into the folder where you have stored all your artwork files and burn them to CD to send to us.
We may well already have the standard ones but it's best to send them all.

This is essential for us to be able to output your text as vector based which will ensure crisp printing of the text on the finished artwork.
The smallest font size allowed is 6pt.

You can also send us unflattened Photoshop Native psd files or tiff files, all the layers must be intact and available and all the fonts used must be provided.

You should also supply us with a guide layout print of the design.
